The Secretary read the minutes of the preceding annual meeting of November 19, 1964 which were approved as read. There were no proposals for membership. (MN) Dr. Joseph elected. Dr. Carium Joseph a candidate for membership, having been duly approved by the Board of Censors, was elected to membership in the Society. Report of Officers and committees.
