              MINUTES	BOARD OF DIRECTORS	MEDICAL SOCIETY OF S C / JANUARY 17, 1990
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Medical Society of South Carolina was held on Wednesday, January 17, 1990 at 7:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1. Dr. E. L. Hay, President of the MSSC, presided.
PRESENT

Hay Ellison Cathcart, III Kirkland, Jr. am Middleton, Jr. Bradham Bonner, Jr. Hayes Rivers, Jr.
President/Medical Society of S.C. Vice-Pres./Medical Society of S.C. Sec.-Treasurer/Medical Society of S.C.
Dr. Rivers made a motion to approve minutes of the Board meeting held September 18, 1989. The motion was seconded by Dr. Hayes and approved.
The applications of Warren G. Tucker, Austin Ball, M.D., for membership in were submitted and had been previously Committee.
M.D., John M. J. Ernst, M.D. and James the Medical Society of South Carolina reviewed and approved by the Membership
Dr. Middleton made a motion that the above applications for membership in the MSSC be approved for presentation to the MSSC. The motion was seconded by Dr. Cathcart and approved.
Discussions ensued as to the plans for the upcoming year.
