Audit Report of THE SCRIBE presented.

The Audit Report of the Society for 1957 was read by the Treasurer. Dr. 
Arthur L. Rivers moved to accept this report and the motion, duly seconded, was passed.

The Audit report of the Scribe was accepted by the Society and is as
follows:

Gentlemen:

At the request of Dr. John A. Siegling, I have audited the books and 
records of THE SCRIBE for the year ended December 31, 1957. A detailed check of all transactions were 
made, and all cash receipts and deposits were verified. Postings were made to all general 
ledger and subsidiary accounts. The bank accounts were reconciled as of December 31, 1957 and 
found to be in agreement with the books.

In my opinion the accompanying Profit and Loss statement truly
reflects the results of operations for the year ended December 31, 1957,
