M.D., John M. Graham, M.D., Elden Paul Sherman, M. D.,
and Thomas R. Mather, M.D.

5. Report of Dr. Ellison, President and Chairman of the
Board of Directors of the Medical Society of South
Carolina
6. Report of Dr. William Middleton Jr., Chairman of the
Board of Directors of Roper Hospital, Inc., and Medical
Society Health Systems, Inc.
7. Old Business
8. New Business
For information, the Board of Directors of the MSSC at its meeting held December 28, 1992 approved the following elections to MSSC Committees:
Program, Entertainment and Scientific Work Committee: Co-Chairman, W. Bonner Thomason, M.D. - reelected Co-Chairman, Fletcher C. Derrick - reelected
Committee on memorials: Leon Banov, Jr., M.D., Chairman reelected
Representatives-at-Large to Medical Staff Executive Committee: Alan I. Nussbaum, M.D. - elected
James L. Bumgartner, M.D. - reelected
Also for information, the Committee on Medical Education was deleted from the MSSC Bylaws and transferred to the Roper Hospital Bylaws.
9. Adjournment to a reception, dinner and program "Current
Military Issues Including Cost of HIV Testing, AIDS Treatment,
Tail Hook, and Investigation of Special Prosecutor
Expenditures" by Van Hipp, former Chairman, S. C. Republican
Party, former Deputy Secretary, Army, and former second
ranking attorney, Navy Department
