MEMORANDUM
TO: All Department Heads
It is the responsibility of all Department Heads to insure
that their personnel stay off of roof tops and away from windows
during demonstrations and/or incidents in the Medical College
area. All windows are to remain closed and blinds are to be down.
It is also imperative that they remain quiet and do not
become involved in verbal exchanges with demonstrators.
Law enforcement agencies have advised us that violators
of the above regulations are subject to prosecution.
