Letter, written by Dr. Horace G. Smithy to Dr. Louis H. Klinger of New York, regarding the condition of Klinger's cardiac patient, Allan Goldfarb. Smithy indicates that based on findings following catheterization, that Goldfarb would be a suitable candidate for valvulotomy to be performed at the consent of the Goldfarb family within days. |
