Description	Intended for a paper delivered by Manly Stallworth for Dr. Smithy. Black and white illustration with captions. At right, the figure also includes an inset illustration with caption, "Stenotic mitral orifice viewed from above." The caption, "Scarred anterior and posterior mitral leaflets resulting in small orifice" appears above the parent illustration. "Valvulotome being directed toward mitral orifice" appears towards the bottom, right corner of the parent illustration.
