Description	Black and white illustration of process after removal of valvulotome, intended for a paper delivered by Manly Stallworth for Dr. Smithy. Figure includes two inset illustrations, the enlarged mitral orifice and the punched out portion of the valvulotome instrument. "Schlossberg" appears in the bottom, left corner of the parent illustration.
