The express condition of the sale and purchase of the machine mentioned above, and for which this note is given,/
is such that the title, ownership or right of possession thereof does not pass from the payee or holder of this note until/
this note and all the notes of this series, original or renewed, and the interest thereon, are fully paid, and in default/
thereof said payee or the holder thereof may take possession of said machine wherever found and retain as hire or rent,/
any payment made thereon. It is agreed that all the stipulations of this instrument shall insure to the benefit of any/
assignee or holder thereof./
